The Quality Assurance Specialist role is a vital part of establishing and maintaining consistency in the implementation of industry standards and best practices throughout our company. This role will be responsible for maintaining industry standards and breaking these standards down into practical business processes that can be easily implemented by all members of the team.
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 openings)
This exciting opportunity is your first step towards a career in the high-demand, fast-paced field of residential new construction and energy efficiency. This role is responsible for testing HVAC systems and whole-house air leakage.
Location: Wilmington, NC (2 open positions), Charleston/Summerville, SC (1 opening), Atlanta, GA (1 opening), Greensboro, NC (2 openings)
The Field Inspector is responsible for completing Fit n Finish inspections and Energy Inspections for new construction homes. Conduct Code Compliance Testing, HERS Ratings, ENERGY STAR assessments, Air Sealing, and Air Infiltration Testing for residential new construction. Conduct Quality Inspections for single family homes to ensure the home is 100% ready for the homeowner, marking any items that need attention and creating a punch list.
Location: East Coast
The Multifamily Project Manager will work with customers and coworkers to ensure the project design meets the intended program requirements from design phase through project completion. Responsibilities include conduction of initial design reviews to verify design meets project requirements, provide feedback where design needs improvements to meet compliance requirements, participate in design review conversations with project design teams to ensure NGBS/ES requirements get put into design documents, review and approve project submittals. The start date would be 2 weeks from offer with a 40 hours/week schedule.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for expanding our customer base. They will use prospecting strategies to identify prospects, qualify leads, create and implement a sales strategy, present, promote and sell services, and build relationships with existing and prospective customers.

As the Marketing Manager, you will assist the Marketing Department in helping to create initiatives and programs. Some responsibilities might include coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.
