Indoor airPLUS

Indoor airPLUS is an “add on” certification to ENERGY STAR Certified Homes that focuses on indoor air quality. The indoor airPLUS Certification looks at a variety of materials to ensure low or no VOC products are used in construction. The program also considers several building techniques and features that are preventative measures toward ensuring indoor air quality. Most of the verification is done with the builder at the office level, but there are a few items at final and pre-drywall to verify.
