SAM GALPHIN

Owner and President

Most notably, Sam is the father of 3 kids and has been working in the residential energy efficiency industry for over 10 years. Sam has rated thousands of homes and helped dozens of customers build a better product at a better value. With the perspective that a good leader leads by serving, Sam is always considering how to empower employees to achieve their potential. Sam is engaged with customers solving difficult problems, training field and sales staff, and looking at how technology can solve industry problems. Sam graduated from UNCC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Math minor. A nerd at heart, Sam enjoys thoughtful design, “making,” mountain biking, and beer.

NATALIE VAN PELT

Director of HR and Finance

Born and raised in Hendersonville, NC. She moved to Charlotte in 2001 where she attended UNCC and graduated with a BSBA in Finance. Natalie has been in the Finance/Accounting field for over 10 years and joined the Performance Point team in 2011. She manages payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She resides in Concord, NC with her husband Brad and two children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking, and visiting the mountains.

SUSIE REDFEARN

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Charlotte in January of 2013. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri Saint Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Minor in Psychology. Susie has been in the Customer Service/Sales Industry for over 10 years and loves meeting new people. She came on board to help with our business development and process improvement. Susie manages our recruiting, marketing, sales, customer relations, and other strategic projects. Outside of work, Susie is passionate about traveling, health and fitness, and spending time with family and friends.

JOSH OWENS

Scheduling and Logistics Leader

Originally from Mt. Pleasant, NC Josh is a graduate of Catawba College, and he has been with Performance Point since 2013. After spending five years maintaining the single-family schedule, Josh has moved into the multi-family side of our company. He helps register projects for NGBS, coordinate schedules for inspections and follow through with rebate processing. When not at the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and volunteering with Special Olympics Cabarrus County.

KATHY BAISLEY

Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator

Kathy enjoys working with and helping people on a daily basis. She brings an abundance of experience in Customer Service with her and takes great pride in her work. Kathy is a Georgia native, growing up in the Atlanta area and moving to Charlotte in 1989. Kathy has traveled extensively during her long career as a Flight Attendant prior to joining Performance Point and still enjoys time spent seeing new places. When she’s not helping our customers with scheduling, Kathy enjoys spending time with her 3 children (including a set of twins) who are involved in a variety of sports. She is also a former Competitive Bodybuilder, avid gardener, and has been involved in Competitive Cheerleading for many years.

JEREMY PRICE

Production Manager and Licensed General Contractor

Originally from the Piedmont of North Carolina and has built homes in the mountains and at the beach! Jeremy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Technology and Business from Appalachian State University in 2003. He is also a Licensed General Contractor. He has nearly two decades of experience in residential construction and maintains a strong focus on building science. He has a passion for education and truly enjoys having an opportunity to train our field staff and our clients on the construction principles that pertain to our industry. Jeremy has been with Performance Point for over eight years now, and he feels lucky to play a vital role in the growth and development of our outstanding organization. He is happily raising three young children on Mountain Island Lake with his beautiful wife Jessica. Jeremy spends most of his spare time outdoors, and he will fish for anything and everything, wherever and whenever, as often as possible!

RODRIGO TORRES

Regional Manager

Originally from Southern California, Rodrigo has been living in North Carolina for fourteen years. He has been with The Performance Point for three years now, working as certified field technician. On occasion you will hear him in our office behind our scheduling and dispatch desk. Rodrigo attended Mount Pleasant High School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He moved on to attend The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and studied computer science. He worked for Lowe’s Home Improvement as a department manager for five years. Rodrigo likes to watch movies and listen to music on his spare time. He also enjoys to watch various sports and is a Los Angeles homer. Besides that, you can find him long boarding around the city of Concord.

LISA PICCININNI

Regional Manager of Charlotte

Lisa was born and raised in New York and moved to Charlotte in 2015. She worked as a student loan manager for collections and a school bus driver for the biggest company in New York. She started with Performance Point last year and loves being a part of the team. She is a mother to 3 children and enjoys sewing and doing arts n crafts when not at work.

JAY JASMIN

Regional Manager of Augusta/Atlanta

Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina and moved to Charlotte in February of 2019 to join the Performance Point team. He graduated from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. While attending USCA, he was a member of the golf team and majored in Marketing. Jay is excited to join the Performance Point team and develop his trade skills. In his free time, Jay enjoys playing golf, adventuring, and hiking with his dog and grilling out with the boys.

BETH AINSWORTH

Director of Energy Programs

Attended Appalachian State University, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Building Science. After being immersed in the sustainable environment of Boone, NC for 10 years, she decided to follow her passion and pursue a career in green building design. Upon graduation, she immediately received her HERS Rater certification and has now been conducting home energy ratings and modeling residential energy consumption since 2007. In her spare time, she is an avid do-it-yourself-er and a new enthusiast of mountain biking. She resides in the quaint, little town of Belmont, NC, where she loves her community and small-town life!

SCOTT FORSYTH

Senior Business Development Manager

Originally born in Charleston, SC; Scott grew up in the small town of Harrisburg, NC in Cabarrus County. First attending NC State and then graduating from UNC Charlotte in the Fall of 2014, Scott joined Performance Point as a Field Rater in February of 2018. Scott originally had worked in the financial sector for 2+ years before he decided to trade in his suit & tie for a hard hat & work boots. In his spare time, Scott enjoys lifting things up and putting them down, and cracking cold ones with the Boys on the Holy day of Saturday. He enjoys breakfast foods for dinner, freedom, and Chic-Fil-A….except on Sundays.

RICK BLAIR

Certified HERS Rater, HVAC System Designer, & Thermographer

Trained and certified at Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta, and Infraspection Institute in Philadelphia. As a former business owner & distributor of Log & Timber Framed Homes, Rick learned that these building structures often have multiple pathways of air infiltration which led to comfort complaints from his clients. An infrared camera with a trained eye became his #1 tool for quality control. This opened the door to the larger world of building science, energy efficiency testing, & HVAC system design. Rick joined the Performance Point team in 2013, which allowed him to return to his hometown Charlotte after living in South Florida, and North Georgia. His passions are good science, troubleshooting, collaboration with his colleagues, writing, and spending time with family and friends.

STEVE ARMSTRONG

Director of Multifamily and Commercial Services

Steve is a senior energy analyst, HERS Rater, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee, Home Innovation Research Labs Green Building Master Verifier, and BPI Envelope professional. Steve has over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of energy analysis and environmental science. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in hydrogeology, geology and geochemistry, and has worked for the Department of Energy in addition to a myriad of state, local, federal, tribal governments and universities. Steve also has a very strong background in both the residential and commercial construction industry. This knowledge base provides Performance Point with a more thorough understanding of construction methods and issues facing contractors as they transition to developing and building sustainable structures.

Caitlin Brissey

Operations Manager

Caitlin graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology: Application and Database Development. Caitlin’s background includes experience in IT, Operations, Sales, and Training. She was employed for almost 10 years in the telecommunications industry before making a personal decision to stay home with her two young children. During that time, she started her own business and eventually homeschooled her son and daughter through middle and high school.  Caitlin went back to school to finish her degree and began working in the IT field. Before coming to Performance Point, she was employed in the IT department at Tri-County Technical College. She is passionate about finding IT solutions to automate business processes and believes in “perpetual learning.”  Raised in the foothills of North Carolina, she and her husband have traveled extensively with their jobs living in Florida, Georgia, and then finally settling in the Greenville, South Carolina area. When not working, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as looking for any outdoor adventures in and around #yeahthatGreenville including paddle boarding, hiking, and finding new restaurants.

PAMELA KING

Multifamily Project Coordinator/Office Admin

Pamela is a wife, a mom of 6 grown children, and a dog mom. She enjoys cooking, traveling, football, and an occasional round of golf with her husband. Go Gamecocks and Tigers (house divided)! She has been working in the Printing Industry for 23 + years and was an Office Manager in the copier rental field for several years. She came to work for Performance Point in July of 2020 with experience in administrative office operations, office management and has excellent skills in business relations with clients. She is excited about her new position at Performance Point as the Multi-Family Project Coordinator.

MICHAEL ELLIS

Plan Services Product Group Manager

Michael was born in Upstate New York and moved to Winston-Salem, NC in 2004 where he grew up. He then attended and graduated from Appalachian State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Appropriate Technology. While attending Appalachian, Michael was a member of the cross country and track and field team where he competed in distance events ranging from the mile up to the 10k. Michael enjoys being outdoors and active, whether it be running in the mornings or going up to the mountains for a hike.

ALEX EARNEST

Workforce Development Manager

Alex Earnest graduated in May 2018 from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Alex has participated for many years in volunteer construction work rebuilding low-income housing in South Carolina through the Salkehatchie summer service program, hosted by the United Methodist Church. Alex lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina and has witnessed the rapid growth of the greater Charlotte area. He is excited to be a small part of encouraging responsible, green-conscious building in the region. Alex is an avid reader outside of work, and loves conversation about good literature.

DAVID BESS

Territory Manager

David is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He joined the Performance Point team in the spring of 2015. David has worked in the residential energy efficiency industry for seven years. He is proud to be a member of the Performance Point team and excited to be a part of a growing industry. David is an avid sports fan. He enjoys the outdoors, live music, and good beer.

JON BLOUNT

Full Stack Developer

Jon graduated from Appalachian State University where he studied Computer Science. He joined Performance Point in late 2013, and is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to such a great team while learning something new each day on the job. He enjoys the privelege to interact directly with customers and fellow employees when it comes to issues with technology, and ideas for new solutions. In his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking and making music. He also enjoys volunteering at the local cat shelter.

CHASE ELIASON

QI Product Group Manager

Chase is a local to the Triangle having grown up in and around Raleigh, he later moved on to attend East Carolina University. After five or so years in Greenville working as a Cable Technician, Chase ventured on to teach outdoor education as well as fidget around with Structural Engineering in Western Massachusetts. Chase is enthusiastic about the opportunities Performance Point has to offer and is proud to be joining such a quality team. When he is not hiking with his dog you can find him cycling, kayaking, and constantly trying to find a way to not fall from rock walls.

MATTHEW FORSTER

Regional Manager of Central Tennessee

Matthew Forster graduated from Wayne Community College with an Associates in Science degree. He is now a certified Field Rater with Performance Point and has been with the company since early 2018. Originally from Goldsboro, NC, Matthew moved to the Charlotte area in 2011 and has lived there ever since. When he isn’t working, he enjoys reading, going to the mountains, and building computers.

HUNTER COOK

Territory Manager

Originally from Hopedale North Carolina, Hunter is a graduate of Appalachian State University. He is an avid outdoorsman as well as being a motorcycle and firearms enthusiast. After spending 8 years in the field of refrigeration and HVAC, he joined the Performance Point team in 2018. Hunter is proudly serving the Triad area of North Carolina as a rating field inspector.

JOHN BUONO

Green Verifier

Originally from western New York, where he graduated from SUNY-ESF with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Construction, John found his way down to North Carolina in January 2018. With most of his work experience having been in the service industry, John is super excited to begin a new chapter of his life in construction and energy efficiency. Outside of work, John enjoys meeting new people, being outdoors, and most of all, anything that keeps him active!

DEVIN HITE

Field Inspector

Devin resides in the big city of Greenwood South Carolina. Devin is a combat veteran and has toured to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and has had the pleasure to see most of Europe. Devin has served eight years in the United States Army and will soon be retiring. All about those gains, Devin is a fitness fanatic and enjoys the adventures of the outdoors with his Cane Corso, Achilles. Devin will be inspecting for Performance Point to ensure the utmost highest quality feedback to builders.

MISTY KILGORE

Quality Inspector

Misty has a very diverse background in many areas of the construction industry. She has been everything from Office Administrator to Project Manager throughout her career in construction. She also has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. All of these aspects combined contribute to the Quality Inspector position she now holds with Performance Point. Above all else, she is a devoted mother and wife. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband.

PATRICK ROBERTSON

Multifamily Project Manager

While originally from New Jersey, Patrick attended Ithaca College, where he earned a degree this past May in Environmental Studies. He also worked to achieve Honors in Environmental Science and a minor in History. Craving some sunshine and milder winters, Patrick moved down to the Charlotte area shortly after graduating from IC. After getting acclimated and settling down, he is excited to join Performance Point and zoom around the area. Patrick enjoys playing and watching sports, bike riding, camping, and hanging out with his roommates with some free time on his hands. Patrick participated in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field at IC and still enjoys playing or watching any sport. The effort and passion to become a good cook are there, but the execution has been lagging.

KARL GRISWOLD

Field Inspector

Karl is currently a soldier in the United States Army National Guard. He’s served for 3 years and has been on one deployment overseas. While overseas, he worked as an Ammunition Specialist and volunteered at the USO in Camp Buehring, Kuwait. He is an avid church person and a community volunteer; he serves at his local church as a student leader and media hand. Karl has been a Boy Scout and leader with the Tuscarora council for ten years and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He has worked as a Boy Scout Climbing Instructor for four years at Camp Tuscarora. He considers himself a complete geek and nerd at heart. He loves to play games and watch anime, but will always enjoy time to hang out with friends and family.

PHYLLIS TYDINGS

Quality Inspector

Phyllis comes to Performance Point with a wide range of experiences and enjoys facing new challenges. She has a strong work ethic and is thankful to be part of the Performance Point team. Phyllis grew up as the eldest of a large family all over the United States, however, she has made NC her home and considers herself a Carolinian. She attended Central Michigan University too long ago to be relevant today. Her biggest accomplishments have been as a devoted wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, or walking her three dachshunds. According to her family, she has a small obsession with houseplants and loves bringing nature indoors.

CLAYTON CAPPS

Territory Manager

Clayton is from Graham, North Carolina. Clayton served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, including two deployments to Afghanistan. After the Marines, he has been working in construction. He has been with Performance Point since July of 2020. Clayton enjoys hunting, fishing, and grilling out with friends and family.

NEYLE STEADMAN

Field Inspector

Neyle is from Greenville, SC, and has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from the College of Charleston. Neyle has experience building houses from start to finish and inspecting homes to make sure they are ready. Neyle loves the ocean and her favorite animal is a Sea Turtle. Neyle has a lot of knowledge of environmental sustainability and wants to clean up the oceans and waterways.

CHRIS WEBB

Quality Inspector

Chris has worked in the automotive industry and the non-destructive testing field for the past 33 years. He has been in inspection and project, general/quality assurance, and operations management. He incorporates his eye for detail into his role with Performance Point, LLC to ensure new homes are ready for homeowners. Chris has been married to his wonderful wife for 20+ years and while he doesn’t have children, he really enjoys the company of his 4-legged ‘babies’. Chris enjoys building street rods/hot rods with his Dad, off-roading, and watching sports. He is learning the craft of woodworking.

STACY HEANEY

Account Manager

Stacy was born and raised in New Jersey, where she first attended Middlesex Community College studying Marketing and Business Management. And, later onto DeVry Institute of Technology, receiving a certificate in the Information Technology Support Program through Computer Learning Centers in Plainfield, NJ. Before joining the team at Performance Point as Account Manager, Stacy relocated to North Carolina in 2011 from The Jersey Shore. Taking with her a commitment to resolving complex problems and building & maintaining business relationships, with experience and knowledge gathered from previous roles in Billing, Sales & Customer Service within the Healthcare System, Commercial Playground Equipment and as an Account Manager in Graphic Design. Her husband is her very best friend & enjoys spending time with him and their daughter. Other things that make her happy are sunny days, music, the beach, and DIY projects!

JIM FORGAYS

Quality Inspector

Originally from Chesapeake, VA, Jim has called Kannapolis, NC his home for the past 33 years. He graduated from UNCC with a B.S. in Business Administration and was in the residential and commercial painting industry for almost 10 years. Jim also worked in the grocery business for 19 years where he learned that taking care of the customer was the top priority. Jim combines his background in painting and customer service to provide first-class Quality Inspections for Performance Point. Jim loves to spend time with his family and his proudest accomplishments are being married for 27 years and raising his 2 children to be responsible adults.

JESSE REZNICEK

Certified Field Technician

Jesse is one of the newest members of our team. He has an established background in hospitality and hospitality management. He is eager to learn a new set of skills as a certified field technician. In his free time, he volunteers and the Duke Lemur Center and enjoys playing disc golf with his friends.

GREG DEJONG

Territory Manager

Greg is from Virginia Beach, VA and has lived in Charlotte for 11 years now. He comes from a background of playing baseball and enjoying the great outdoors. He is one of our Certified Field Technicians and loves being out in the field learning more about energy efficiency and new construction. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his Fiancé and his 8-year-old son at the batting cages.

Tyler Hungerpiller

BI Data Engineer

Tyler was born in Hartsville, South Carolina, and raised in Dalton, GA. He attended The University of Georgia where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics. Tyler worked in the banking industry and the flooring industry before joining the team at Performance Point. He is a natural problem solver, and he looks forward to facing unique challenges on a day-to-day basis. Outside of work, Tyler is an avid sports fan and especially loves college football and the Atlanta Braves. He also enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, doing do-it-yourself projects, and spending time with his fiance and his miniature schnauzer.

Nick Furigay

Field Inspector

Nick is a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nick graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a focus on population and development. He is passionate about the environment and renewable energy solutions and is interested in products and services that make the world a more sustainable and healthy place for all. Throughout school, Nick worked with a local solar company before joining PerformancePoint. Nick enjoys disc golf, Soccer, and Mixed Martial Arts. Originally from Asheville, Nick also loves the mountains, hiking, camping, and being outdoors. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking a nice dinner and listening to music

Scott Pettit

Regional Manager of Greenville

Scott is a thankful Husband to Kathi Pettit and a hardworking individual in the construction field. Having experience in a wide and ever-growing range of construction, he applies his hands-on and management background to improve the quality and energy efficiency of his homes. With years of building experience in his repertoire, 2 of which as an Earthcraft Certified builder, Scott provides a keen eye for customers and the ability to promote better building habits. Not only does Scott have a passion for building homes, but he loves using his hands to create many things, such as furniture, baseball bats, and canoes.

Christina Stuppellio

Account Manager

Christina is a hard-working, fun-loving, Office Manager. She just moved to the area from New Jersey and is currently taking online courses to complete her Associate’s degree in Social Sciences. Christina spends most of her free time hiking with her Australian Shepard mix, Nahla. She also loves traveling and trying new bars and restaurants in the Charlotte area!

Meghann Hasty

Account Manager

Born and raised here in Charlotte, NC. Meghann acquired her cosmetology license but found her passion in children. She spent 7 years as a full-time nanny before going on to have four kids of her own, staying home to raise and manage the tiny humans thus keeping them alive. She also considers this her biggest accomplishment. Meghann spent the last 6 years helping start and run a successful remodeling/construction company. As Project Manager, she was immersed in the scope of the home industry and quickly found her passion for that as well. On top of her many hats, she added “Kitchen Designer” to her resume which gave her
an even better vantage point of the home industry. In her spare time, Meghann lives by her ever-increasing “Bucket List” and will often be found marking them off. She loves live music, food, traveling, and experiencing anything new. Meghann is grateful to stay within the industry and excited about working with Performance Point.

Greg Hite

Field Inspector

Greg was born in Charlotte, NC and at an early age migrated to Saluda, South Carolina with his mother.  Greg is a proud father of five children, with only one remaining in the nest.  Greg is somewhat a jack of all trades from a manager for Southern States Co-op, to most recently a Millwork Specialist for Lowe’s Home Improvement.  When Greg isn’t working, you can find him in his yard, where it always seems like something needs to be done.  Greg enjoys his guns and makes time to target practice as much as possible. Greg isn’t afraid of getting a hook wet, as he loves to fish.  Greg is excited to be a part of a special team that represents Performance Point.  GO COCKS!!

Tanner Henke

Field Inspector

Tanner resides in the midland area of South Carolina. He worked in home construction at a young age before switching career paths as a diesel mechanic and heavy equipment operator. Tanner has served over 10 years in the Army National Guard and will soon be retiring. He’s been all over the country as well as served overseas. During his downtime, Tanner enjoys lifting weight, working on vehicles, working on projects around his house, and spending time with his two pups. Tanner holds himself to a high standard and will utilize his precise attention to detail to ensure a high-quality inspection is achieved.

JoyBeth Fissette

Quality Inspector

JoyBeth is the proud mother of two grown sons who have reproduced and given her four beautiful grandchildren ages 4, 6, 9, and 10 years old.  And two grand nephews 4 and 8 months old.  JoyBeth is a Certified Real Estate Inspector through ICA in the State of Georgia.  She has spent many years in the healthcare industry before turning to real estate as a way of helping people make sure their homes were ready to sell or ready to move in. JoyBeth graduated from Almeda University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Known as a gadget girl always getting involved with the latest technology from cell phones, computers to virtual reality.

Monte Mickys

Field Inspector

Born and raised in Rochester, New York.  Attended the State University of New York at Brockport and majored in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training. He has shown his entrepreneurial spirit by purchasing and running a successful Pizza Shop for almost a decade. He and his wife decided to sell the business and move to Raleigh, NC to explore new opportunities, and to get away from the gray skies and cold weather. They have now been in the Raleigh area for just over 4 years and love it. Monte landed a managerial position with a national Mobile Auto Detailing company where he ran operations in Raleigh and Charlotte mastering the skills necessary for detail and customer satisfaction. He is excited to join the Performance Point team and contribute in any way he can while picking up new skills along the way to master. On his off time, he enjoys cooking, workouts, watching football, and working in his home studio exploring the field of Sound Design.

Amanda Toler

Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator

Amanda started with PerformancePoint in July of 2021 as a Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator. She lives in Mt. Holly, NC with her 2 children. Amanda has spent her previous years working in healthcare and emergency dispatch. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and being on the water.

Dorothy Hite

Multifamily Green Rater

Dorothy was born in Greenwood, SC and now resides in Saluda, SC. She has attended college at Piedmont and Midlands Tech. During high school, she enjoyed participating in softball, volleyball, track, FFA, and HOSA. Dorothy has many interests, some being cars, video games, anything involving fun competition, and occasionally horseback riding. She now works as a Multifamily Green Rater for Performance Point and is very excited to learn and grow with the company.

Tim Jaragin

Field Inspector

Tim has worked in the transportation industry for many years serving as a Warehouse Manager and CDL driver for an oil company. He is married with one son and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his spare time, he likes working on cars and going to car shows.

Ted McFlynn

Field Inspector

Ted was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to North Carolina in 1993. He held positions of Team Manager, mechanic, and Tire Specialist in the NASCAR Cup Series. After his NASCAR career, Ted moved into Television and worked with ESPN for over 15 years in various positions. Most recently he was a bus driver for Cabarrus County Schools. He is very happy to be starting a new career with Performance Point. In his spare time, Ted enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs on High Rock Lake.

Christin Kappel

A tree-hugging energy nerd through and through, Christin Kappel graduated from Purdue (Boiler Up!) in 2004 and quickly found her passion in multi-family sustainability. Fast forward almost 20 years and she now has years of experience and credentials to match – an NGBS verifier, EGC Technical Advisor, LEED Homes AP, and Green Rater since 2009, a LEED Homes QAD, and most recently an NGBS Master Verifier in 2018. Top-notch customer service, open communication, and trust are paramount in all of her day-to-day personal and professional relationships. Although continuously passionate about her work, her favorite full-time job is being a wife and a mother to two amazing boys. In her downtime, she loves spending time with family and friends, is a lover of wine and consummate foodie, and if we are being honest, spends entirely too much time on Twitter and watching TikToks.

Tim Connelly

Field Inspector

Tim was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan as a die-hard Lions and classic rock fan. Graduated with a BS degree in business from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 1994. In 1996, a love of NASCAR and a new job brought him to Charlotte with his wife and daughter, and he’s loved it ever since. Tim has a strong background in business operations but has a love for architecture and construction, so his role at Performance Point is a culmination of all his skills. He’s spent the last few years as an estimator and is passionate about providing stellar customer service, building customer relationships, and driving efficiency. When he’s not working, you’ll find him in the backyard playing with his 70-pound lap dog, Roxie, trying out a new brewery, or driving around in one of his antique Camaros.

Mark Winkelspecht

Field Inspector

Mark conducts air sealing and energy inspections for Performance Point. He enjoys riding his boat and kayaking in his free time. Mark also enjoys the occasional sunny day bike ride. Mark’s favorite hobby is ballroom dancing with styles such as Waltz and Tango

Richard Floyd

Part Time Quality Inspector

Richard is the proud father of four adult children, enjoys time with his five grandkids, and recently celebrated fifty years of marriage with his dream bride.  He was born in Kentucky, is an alumnus of the University of Louisville, and has resided in the Memphis area for the past thirty-seven years. His sales and management background in the Recreational Vehicle and Manufactured Home industries, as well as his performing Quality Control Inspections, in both the manufacturing and retail marketing of RVs and Mobile Homes have helped to prepare him for his work with Performance Point.  Additionally, he has been in the management, as well as ownership of several companies which have provided him valuable experience in providing top-notch customer service, enhanced people skills, and a keen eye for details. He enjoys family time, community and church service, photography, board games (especially Risk and Monopoly), as well as sight-seeing while traveling
