About this Position:
The Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator role is responsible for receiving customer orders and dispatching company assets to meet demands. The role is fast-paced because decisions often have to be made as customer orders come in. This position is one part of the operations team and the successful candidate will ultimately specialize in the logistics for Performance Point’s single-family division. The successful candidate will be trained on all aspects of Performance Point’s work to be knowledgeable when talking to customers and have access to other team members as help is needed throughout training. The Logistics Coordinator must be able to speak confidently, handle challenging situations with customers, multi-task, and work well with coworkers. The successful candidate will need to be highly competent with technology because most orders come in through various electronic channels (email, web portals, etc) and are eventually scheduled using proprietary web software. A key part of the position is distributing workloads across assets each day, this task includes routing and knowledge of the capabilities of coworkers. The ability to see inefficiencies in daily tasks is equally as important in the performance of job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Code Compliance Testing, HERS Ratings, ENERGY STAR assessments, Air Sealing, and Air Infiltration Testing for residential new construction.
  • Conduct Quality Inspections for single family homes to ensure the home is 100% ready for the homeowner, marking any items that need attention and creating a punch list.
  • Prepare reports for clients and consult with builders about issues identified
  • Review and prepare forms for submission as part of the certification process
  • Effectively communicate with management and the team on scheduling issues or field related concerns/ideas
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure cleanliness and properly working order

Job Description

The Field Inspector is responsible for completing Fit n Finish inspections and Energy Inspections for new construction homes. Fit and Finish inspections are a comprehensive inspection just prior to turnover. The inspection focuses on verification that each unit is complete – meaning all systems and components, finishes, and finish hardware is installed to industry standard and are aesthetically attractive (straight, flush, clean). We inspect all surfaces and document components as meeting or exceeding performance standards. Our Fit and Finish inspections include taking photographs of each item in order to endure that each system and component reflect quality standards. Any anomalies identified are reported to the superintendent, and the responsible trade contractor is expected to immediately resolve the issue upon completion of our inspection.

The Field Inspector should enjoy exposure to varying environments and constantly facing new challenges and learning opportunities. They are also responsible for completing portions of HERS Ratings including field and office work, Energy Audits on existing buildings, Green Building Verification, consulting with customers on attaining ENERGY STAR certification and other Green Building and energy efficiency goal. The Field Inspector may also be responsible for completing energy, IAQ, durability, daylighting, renewable, and/or other improvements on a building.

The Field Inspector may be required to supervise other contractors and provide on-site expertise. They should enjoy exposure to varying environments and constantly facing new challenges and learning opportunities. This job involves working overhead, lifting heavy objects, working with sharp tools, working in hot and cold environments, working off of ladders, repetitive climbing up and reaching up, and exposure to hazards found on construction sites and older existing buildings, maintaining company equipment, and frequently driving long distances.

All employees are expected to sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement, maintain a personal vehicle for work purposes, driver’s license, auto insurance, maintain RESNET/HERS certification, willingness to work with a high production team.

All employees are expected to maintain the highest level of professional ethics, personal hygiene, and appearance. It is expected that all Performance Point employees be able to recognize the dangers associated with construction sites, existing buildings, driving, and their job tasks and put personal safety as the highest priority.

All employees must take pride in their ability to serve our customers and view that relationship as a privilege. Residential new construction work is somewhat seasonal, as such there will be times of the year when working longer hours are expected and vacation time is less available, but there are times with shorter working hours and vacation time is readily available.

Job Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will assist the marketing department in helping to create initiatives and programs. Tasks may include but are not limited to: coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.
